No, I do not believe in god, for the reasons listed below.

1) If there is a god, then why are there wars?

2) If there is a god, then why do people suffer?

3) Why do people pray if they know it's not going to be answered? They have false hope. I sure as H*** don't want to have false hope.

4) I don't want to have a religion that is corrupted by money and politics.

5) When i get run over by a semi, get struck by lightning, get shot by 2 guys carrying machine guns, get hit by a huge meteor, a hole opens in the ground with fire in it and i fall in and the opening closes.....Then I'll beleive, because its impossible for anyone to survive that.

6) Some members Of the Klu Klux Klan were christians. I am not a racist.

And among those are many more reasons......

Indeed it is in fact Religion that causes wars. Even if someone does survie that it does not prove the existance of God, he/she may have got lucky and miracles dont just happen because God said so...

FireEmblem - your argument is rather ignorant; You seem to link the concept of god directly to christianity, while they are not connected.

The fact is we cannot know if a superior diety like entity exists. It is, however, obvious, that all god's depicted in modern day religions are relatively non-existant.

... Sorry, no.

There is a God in Hiduism, Hebrew, Christianity, and a few thousands of other religions the names of which I bothered to learn. The concept of God, in that sence, is also almost universal, the common human understanding of an all powerfull diety.
